  Fantastic service at this store, we were in a pinch for a notary and the manager took care of us. Usually you need an appointment but she fit us in. Thanks for the help!

  The employees here were very kind and helpful. I couldn’t print one of two shipping labels I needed printed, and they helped me to get what I needed done. They also gave me good advice about the proper tape to use for what I needed.They were very helpful and knowledgeable, and they made it painless and quick. I would highly recommend this ups store, and would gladly use this location again! Thank you so much!

  Worst UPS Store ever! Passing through this podunk town and decided to drop off some Amazon packages that needed returning. Of the 3 packages (which had QR codes) 1 of them required the "customer package". I didn't notice that, it was in it's product box which was fine, just one of the end flaps needed a single piece of tape. Alice made it a POINT to go on and on how it needed to be "packaged" and they don't guarantee a full return if I don't do it. I declined and requested a single piece of tape be placed on the loose flap. That's it a one piece of tape. I was told That was $1 or I can buy a roll of tape off the wall, in the most ignorant manner from Alice. Ha! What a joke. Great customer service you have to nickel and dime over a piece of tape. Your store is a joke, sorry I even stopped at this dump with such rude and ignorant staff.

  I had been dreading returning my two little packages to the Imlay UPS store for whole month. Alice showed up to the counter with a huge smile and friendly demeanor that completely made me forget all about my anxiety and dread that came with my errand today. Thanks again Alice!
