  I can't thank Jake at the Imlay City Cricket Store enough for his expertise, patience, and great service. I have had several situations when another store close by my home, could not or didn't take the time to help me and even told me the wrong solution. In addition, I had to get a new phone while traveling and looked forward to stopping in to see Jake to get my phone "really" set up. Me, not being a strong techie, he has always taken the time to explain how to use my phone, as well as, got it back to running correctly if there were problems. When I was told my phone had to go back to factory reset or whatever by another store, he has always been able to rescue my phone and me. I would recommend (and have) this store and Jake to anyone.

  Then guy that helped me, knew what he was doing with my phone, and he told me about hotspot that I didn't know about

  I have always had great customer service dealing with Jessica. Was told owner was supposed to bring more phones and he didn't, not employees fault give him a 1 star. Finally got new phones, Jessica went above and beyond to help us during this covid. Hopefully they keep her around, if she ever left it would hurt this location.
