    Employee complained about there being two mobile orders, as well as shouting in the store at passersby’s to “not come in here”. I ordered online at 5:40, got notified it was ready at 5:54, got there at 5:58 only to find out that my order wasn’t even started. And it wasn’t even busy. The employee was discouraging to every customer that walked in after me as well. Telling them “it’s going to be a long wait” because she had two more mobile orders to finish even though there were only a total of 3 people in line after me. Bad look on the brand, and terrible customer service.

    Every time I doordash the employees are freaking out. Long wait every time. It is ridiculous. Never quick. Been waiting 45 minutes for a doordash order.

    Clean location, indifferent worker. Went on a Wednesday around 4 pm. It was empty and there was one worker. Worker came out right away but the protein option (turkey) was empty and ham had 6 slices. I wanted ham and turkey. No explanation of why it was gone, just didn't seem to care at all. Just poor customer service and paid over 11$ for a footlong with 6 pieces of ham. Do better. If it was a delivery issue fine, then say something, offer a discount, care a little about whom you are representing.
