    Showed up to the store just as the owner had closed and was walking to his car. My parents and I urgently needed some documents notarized. The owner was understanding and opened back up and notarized the documents for us. Very pleasant to deal with after I had dealt with the previous owner who was so rude all the time.

    Went in to drop off two Amazon returns. The store looked dirty and really dark, like half the lights were off. The person behind the counter was on the phone. Felt very ignored as I stood there a couple of minutes before just being waved forward. Felt super unprofessional. If it was a work call and he paused and told me I'd get it. Pretty sure it was a personal call though. I had planned to make some copies but decided against it.

    It's 6:05 pm. The store is CLOSED. Website states you're open until 6:30. Either change the hours in your website or stay open as late as you claim.

    I’m so over this place making so many mistakes. Once again they are putting the wrong return labels on my Amazon returns and I’m being charged because Amazon says they received the wrong items. This is the third time since November 2025. I have literally watched them print the label and set it aside with the package/packages and move on to the next customer. They need to start doing way better because ever since the guys took over a couple years ago it has gone down hill big time.
