  I swing through every time Im in the area. The staff is always friendly and the food is great! You can tell the people here care about good food and great customer service.

  My first time visiting this Subway, and I have to say it was one of the best Subway experiences I have ever had. The service here was truly above and beyond. The staff was pleasant, helpful, and made sure I felt taken care of from the moment I walked in. I had an issue during my visit, and instead of brushing it off, they did everything they could to make sure my experience was a positive and memorable one. The manager was kind, patient, helpful, and clearly knows what she is doing. She was there when needed, handled everything professionally, and you can tell she takes real pride in customer service. In a world where good service sometimes feels like it vanished into the void, this location actually gets it right. Everyone on staff showed that they care about making sure orders were correct, customers were treated well, and needs were met with a personal touch. If something was unavailable, they went above and beyond to make it right. I would highly recommend this Subway to anyone passing through or living nearby. When you come here, your food and your experience will likely go far beyond your expectations.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you’re in Howard City, this is THE Subway to go to! The team at the Subway in Howard City is absolutely amazing. They are so friendly and welcoming every single time I walk in. The best part? They remember my order — even if I haven’t been there for months! It honestly makes me so happy to be a regular somewhere, and I’m ecstatic that it’s THIS location. For the record: Two footlongs. Italian Herbs & Cheese. All-American Club. Pepper Jack cheese… and one with extra bacon. 😋 Toasted. 😎 And they always make it perfectly! This place is ALWAYS clean. I’ve never had a single issue with my food or service. The attitudes are phenomenal — they talk to you like you’re one of their best friends. You can tell they genuinely care. When we had two Subways in town, I still drove the extra five minutes just to come to this one. That says everything. If you want a handmade-with-love sub in Howard City, this is the spot. You won’t regret it! ❤️🥪
