I had an excellent experience with Cory in the Houghton cricket office while setting up my new phone and transferring everything from my old one. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable especially when problems arose. I truly appreciated his professionalism and friendly attitude.

After dealing with the rude and condescending manager in our local area I would not recommend Cricket. I would rather pay more for good customer service then deal with a manager that either doesn't know or just doesn't give you all the information needed, causing you to waste your time making multiple trips and phone calls.
