  Facial Hair is to be kept short, professional looking,and hair nets are to cover said facial hair. My wife was disappointed and discussed by her food! She is a ER nurse and wasn't happy with what I brought her!

  If you have an order online that you paid for but their system "did not receive" even after double checking the address/locationand offering a confirmation #. Melissa will rudely tell you they are not associated with the subway app and that it is not her problem. I have felt awful so many times that you guys get swamped and short staffed. At this point you should just shut down because your employees clearly hate your customers and any kind of problem solving.

  Matt at the Holly Subway truly went above and beyond for us tonight. Even though his shift was ending, he welcomed us with a positive attitude and was more than happy to help. He made our sandwiches with care, and they were absolutely delicious—the best Subway sandwiches I've ever had! Excellent customer service like his is hard to find these days. Matt deserves a raise or some form of recognition from his manager for being such an outstanding employee, especially at the end of a long shift. Thank you, Matt, for blessing us tonight with your customer service I pray the Lord blesses you abundantly. Keep being amazing!

  Ordered 6 subs. 3 were messed up including one missing bacon which is $3. Called twice less than 10 minutes after pickup and they refused to answer. This place is an absolute joke and that's coming from someone who has worked in the service industry for almost 10 years
