  Unhelpful people behind the counter. Wanted to charge me $5 to print a label because my home printer wasn’t working. Different than any other UPS Store I’ve been to, which have all been superb experiences… until this one.

  Normally customer service wants me to do everything perfect before they help me out. Tonight I showed up 5 minutes before they closed with a load of packages my wife gave me and vague instructions. Despite all this, Kendall was very patient and very helpful and helped me sort through the mess even past closing time, which I recognize is rare and not expected. Excellent customer service!

  If this store were to be staffed with robots, I would receive friendlier service. The young lady with long hair with a small braid in it is woefully lacking any ability to indicate any form of feeling. Such apathetic interaction with customers does not make one want to return to this business. And sad for her, too.

  The attitude from the staff is not good. Bad customer service. I went in and they were not able to scan my prepaid shipping , and I had to pay a 5 dollar fee to get a new one from them. She could have just typed the information from the shipping label.
