  Other reviews are correct—don’t go here if you’re a woman. I went in to get my codes checked. The two guys working refused, saying if there’s no engine light there won’t be codes. My TPMS, ESC, and glow plug light came on at the same time. Condescendingly they told me what TPMS meant. I may not be a mechanic but I know the basics of car care and that the computer stores error codes even if it doesn’t trigger the CEL. It’s a VW, so a regular OBD2 reader will only give general codes. Which is fine, I only needed to know if I immediately needed a mechanic whilst I’m almost 400 miles away from home. I didn’t want to argue with small minded people so I left for O’Reilly across the street, worked with a fantastic employee and *gasp* some codes showed up!

  Great customer service, Jim and Opie were great. They helped me get what i needed and were very helpful. They even saved me a ton of money. The employees here seem to like there job and are happy to help unlike most other auto parts stores.

  Thank you for the exceptional service from Israel and Juan they went above and beyond with their wonderful customer service they truly made us feel welcomed. My family and I greatly appreciate everything that they were able to offer us. We will definitely be recommending this location especially for its wonderful employees Israel and Juan.
