  I was going to stay for a wedding we were running behind walked in and realized my room smelled like cigarette smoke, we then took off for the wedding. When we returned the room next to us had the door open and we noticed cigarette smoke coming from the room, as we passed we saw that they were smoking in the room. As we entered our room next to them we noticed there was a huge odor of cigarette smoke lingering.in the room. We also noticed that our clothes that were in the open suitcase smelled from smoke also. We were not happy we decided to leave. We went down stairs and advised that we were going to leave and wanted a refund she said she would but didn’t know how!!!!! She then gave us the name of Brandon the general manager. We called him several times days in a row leaving message but no call back . We did call customer service they did generate a ticket but Brandon failed to get back with them. I finally called to Check up on my complaint, they had to call him since he can’t return a E mail or phone call. He said since they wanted to upgrade us and we said no he was unwilling to refund our money. Obviously he didn’t. Get it that all of our clothes smelled like smoke and since we are not smokers we could not wear them. Also posting a picture of all the cigarettes that the room smoked well the ones they left. Do not stay here

  Great location and services, friendly. Only bad thing i can say is the soft water used for showering, and iron smell of the water, just my opinion. Breakfast was good. Pool needs a light for night swimming safety. We really liked the location and friendly staff.

  Overpriced. Internet didn't work for half of my stay, room was kind of dingy, not very clean, fridge barely worked. People at the front desk were friendly and did their absolute best to make things right. I wouldn't stay here again.

  I goosing leaving a review will help me get in contact with a manger. To start there was a ton of miscommunication going on between all party’s but I’d hope we get this resolved. Few months ago I called to book a room for a wedding on there room block, well they ended up changing hotels reaching out to you guys to 1 cancel 2 inform an guest who booked while unfortunately Someone from your business told them no one was currently booked so we were not informed of the hotel change until after the wedding as I went off of the original invite / plan. I have been charged for the stay and id like to discuss with someone how I can get reimbursed due to the lack of communication. Yes, I ran into problems at the hotel I showed up to thinking I was going crazy knowing I booked at hotel. Thankfully they had an extra room and was able to accommodate us. With that being said, I called yesterday to try and speak to a manger who was unavailable (I understand) I was notified that there was no booking for the dates I requested which now seems quite odd to me. I left ALL my information with another employee who was supposed to relay the information to a manger. I unfortunately still have not received a phone call, email or any answers.

  Wi-Fi was out most of the time. Mistakes made at check-in meant I had to move rooms in the middle of my stay. Day time staff very gruff. Windows in the rooms don't lock!
