  The worst service I’ve experienced at a Subway. There was only one employee working, and she seemed overwhelmed and having a bad day. No greeting or smile, and she told customers that if they weren’t picking up an order, the wait time would be about 20 minutes just to place an order. Overall, very disappointing experience. Not recommended.

  There was an older African American lady in there who was very rude, and disrespectful. I come here often but will not be returning. Also if you place an order online and you don't want the food anymore they claim you can't get a refund. Neither one of the ladies had on name tags and the other lady claimed to be a manager but didnt say anything about her employee being disrespectful and rude.

  The subway Hamtrmick location have really bad service. Really rude people work ther this Saturday, I went 8:25pm to gat some subway. the door was locked.I was knocking On the door the lady say we are closed but it schedule to open till 9:00pm .
