    This is a very nice place. All the workers are nice and they never get my order wrong. She’s not gonna see this but Jaya is very nice and was concerned for me and friends when it was storming and is always nice.

    The food is great, but half the time I’ll place an online order a full 30 minutes before arriving to the store and it won’t even be started on, even when the app tells me it’s done, requiring an additional 15 minute wait in the store

    Why they don't ever put no mayonnaise or toast the damn sandwich like 😭 I keep ordering hoping they do a better job but nahh I'm gonna have to go to Marquette from now on

    I have never had a bad experience here. Sometimes it gets extremely busy but the quality never changes! The sandwich and all toppings are always fresh, it’s never an issue to grab a new container if the veggies are at the bottom or looking rough. They notice before any customer has to ask! To me that is GOLDEN STAR customer service and beyond appreciated! If you are in the area defiantly worth stopping by! 🫶

    I placed an online order that was supposed to be done by 5:20pm. Upon my arrival my order wasn’t done and once it was done my toasted sub was no longer even warm. It was disgusting. There were 3 workers and they weren’t even working on getting the orders done in the order they came through. They were doing 1 sub at a time instead of doing the order all together. Then with all the online orders they had 1 of the workers by the name of Kaitlynn decided to leave the line and go out back on her phone, then when she returned instead of helping her coworkers she walked out to lobby on her phone and then walked back to the back of the restaurant again instead of helping her coworkers get the orders done. I was not the only one waiting for there online order to be completed. This restaurant has went down hill. I will not be returning to this subway!
