  Young man and young lady didn’t make my sandwich right this isn’t the only time that happened and not only my sandwich be smelling burnt

  Whoever owns this subway severely understaffs. Always feel bad for the workers, it’s one person behind the counter handling online and in person orders. Any sandwich takes 15/20 minutes.

  Hands down the best Subway in a 10 mile radius. They weren't stingy on use of ingredients like the others in Grosse Pointe and unlike the one on Harper they got the order right first try instead of hallucinating a whole different sandwich even on the remake. Also seem like good eggs behind the counter :D

  DO NOT order online or past 6pm. There’s only 1 person behind the counter and it’s just a mess. I picked up my food and the gentleman behind the counter didn’t have my order ready. He then proceeded to rush and make 4 Protien wraps, which all looked beat up and put together by a two year old. I don’t blame the young men behind the counter but management for only having one worker at night. You can tell he was trying to clean the place up while also giving the best service he can. Make sure you go in person to get a good order. Also, I ordered a foot-long cookie and ended up getting six cookies instead.
