  My mom brought her returned item in its original SMALL Amazon box to send back. She was told by the employee that he/she couldn’t accept the Amazon box and was told she’d have to take it out the box in order to ship it, all while removing it from the box him/herself. Once removed from the box, my mom asked could he/she throw it away in the trash behind them. The employee refused saying it’s bc “the trash fills up quickly.” Mind you, he/she gave the white woman in front of my mom free packaging and tape for her item, but since my mom is not white, he/she gave her a very hard time. She’s very shaken up by this blatant discrimination.

  The store is currently operating out of a temporary space due to construction and is in significant disarray. While I understand the logistical challenges of a renovation, the customer service approach was unacceptable. I was informed that the store could not sell me a roll of tape due to the construction for a large item I was returning . However, when I asked to use the tape sitting on the counter to secure a box I was already purchasing for $20, I was told I would be charged a $42.35 "packing fee" for the privilege. Attempting to leverage a store’s own lack of retail inventory to force a customer into a high-priced labor charge is a complete failure of service.

  Denied me services that I wanted to get a prepaid shipping envelope.Milled out to drop on a u p s millbox After hours and the owner was called by the employee That's been working there 4 years.And told me and denied me that I can't get a prepaid label that can be stamped and put onto the ups shipping label envelope to mill out after different time.It is not proper and policy followed honestly this is discrimination
