  The girl working was outside on her phone and hitting her vape. When we walked in, she went behind the counter to make our subs. Without washing her hands and without taking her phone off of FaceTime/speaker, she proceeded to make our subs. The vape was behind her next to the toaster on the counter. She was also talking to whoever was on FaceTime throughout our order. After she made our subs, she went back outside. Left us inside the restaurant alone. Another couple went to walk in and were subjected to the same behavior and unsanitary practices. Very disappointed.

  Walked the place was extremely cold person behind counter didn't say hi fixed sub good went to get my drink there was black in the ice that came out of machine showed it to girl who was the district manager and wasn't surprised didn't say sorry just said get another drink without ice not impressed not coming back

  This Subway is a joke. Place an online order. Go in 4 different time to pick up and nothing. An hour later, they just start making it. We ask the lady why its taking so long. She says her manager told her to help the in store customers first.. You order online for convenience but that doesn't work here I guess... I will not being going here again.

  Needs to hire more people or have 2 people working instead of one. The lady that is working doesn't know what she is doing at all.
