I recently brought my grandfather here to switch phones and Andrea was a HUGE help. She was very kind and patient and answered all our questions. I cannot say enough good things about Andrea and we greatly appreciated the information and help she was able to give us. She made the entire process a lot simpler. Cricket is worth checking out for the fantastic customer service alone. Big thank you to her again for that patience, kindness and helpfulness she displayed.
