  Lazy and rude, I spent 25+ minutes in drive thru on my order after the pre recorded voice said "we will be with you soon" after I caved to go in was fine, they forgot my drinks, and when I called to recommend maybe put a headset on or put a notice that Drive through was fine, I was met with lies and insults, I wish I could get a refund from the app, avoid this store and go to Roscommon if you really NEED a subway order EDIT: Just got home and found my sandwiches were missing veggies and practically empty of meat,

  I just want Subway in Grayling, Michigan to know that the young lady working by herself on Labor Day 2026 was awesome! Despite working alone all day she was cheerful and professional. She needs a raise!

  Staff was extremely rood and almost intentionally slow. The guy prepping our sandwiches was extremely unsanitary and kept pulling up his pants while making our food. When asked to Change his gloves, was visibly annoyed and basically threw our sandwiches at us. I would advise anyone considering going to this location to go literally anywhere else.

  Do subway employees not learn the sandwiches anyone? I understand maybe repeating something once but multiple time?? Ham and turkey stacker. No turkey was ever added. Took the man 15 minutes to change gloves, moving along at snail speed. Woman who eventually came to start make long sandwiches helped the gentleman at the register, touched money then went right back to making someone’s sandwich. NO GLOVE CHANGE?! Lucky them paws didn’t touch mine or hell would have been raised. Do better.
