I stopped in when my check engine light went on while traveling though Grayling. Walter came out and checked my code and was able to determine it was my Mass Air Flow sensor, and showing me where it was to replace. I appreciate Walter's help and also Dakota's input. I was back on the road quickly to start my trip back home. I definitely appreciate their knowledge & recommend this location.

Very easy transaction. Purchased a Rd fan / shroud online and it was ready within 1/2 hour for PU. Item was correct and well packaged.

Helpful cashier, a little slow but got the job done. However the manager/supervisor was very rude to the cashier and belittled him in front of me. Very unprofessional.

The manager here should NOT be a manager, hes absolutely horrible with customers. He was rude to me the entire time because he was trouble looking for the part. Super attitude theres no wonder why this store is always way more slow than orielys across the street. when I told him i usually get a military discount bit have to remind them he said it needs to say it on my i.d. which it doesnt but refused to give me the discount and normally they do. I will NEVER go back in this store again. This guy should be working as an normal employee with a real manager thay can keep his attitude in check and make him treat veterans better
