  Helpful cashier, a little slow but got the job done. However the manager/supervisor was very rude to the cashier and belittled him in front of me. Very unprofessional.

  The manager here should NOT be a manager, hes absolutely horrible with customers. He was rude to me the entire time because he was trouble looking for the part. Super attitude theres no wonder why this store is always way more slow than orielys across the street. when I told him i usually get a military discount bit have to remind them he said it needs to say it on my i.d. which it doesnt but refused to give me the discount and normally they do. I will NEVER go back in this store again. This guy should be working as an normal employee with a real manager thay can keep his attitude in check and make him treat veterans better

  So thankful for Walt and his amazing customer service. My car wouldn’t start in the parking lot and he was so helpful with obscure knowledge on my old car. Turned out to be a simple fix, but he was already putting on his coat to brave the freezing rain to come help me. As a woman, I truly appreciate being treated so kindly in a car shop!

  Got towed to this Advance Auto and the staff was beyond helpful couldnt have chosen a better Auto Parts store to have to change a wheel bearing in the parking lot at.
