  My food was completely undercooked!!!! I have been calling trying to get reimbursed but no one picks up the phone. I went in the store and the workers were completely rude to me so i just left.

  As soon as I walked in I was greeted with rudeness. I ordered a pick up order around 12:50pm. It is now 1:50pm and the order still isn’t ready. Not only this but the singular worker was extremely ignorant to me and my friend. He ignored us when we came in and had me repeat myself 10 million times instead of coming up to the counter himself so he could hear me. Talk about customer service!! I will not be coming here again.

  I've ordered from this store many times and never had an issue until today. I should have checked the reviews, this location has apparently gone down hill and the owners don't seem to be doing a thing about it. I ordered wings for delivery over an hour ago and have been on hold on the phone for nearly ten minutes with no answer, so I can't even cancel my order. I recommend ordering food from literally anywhere else.

  This location aid honestly probably the worst location I’ve experienced. I’m not sure if maybe I came at the wrong time or what. There was only 1 person working the whole restaurant, and he was both slow moving and also extremely rude. I would 100% recommend just going the extra 2 miles to Plainfield location. This will be my 1 and only time coming to wingstop on Alpine Ave.
