  The place isn't even open when they say they are, still accept online orders while closed and give you no way to contact them for a refund. This place is a joke.

  Ordered a couple hours before closing, wings werent tossed with sauce but drizzled, only about 1/3 of the wings were covered. Fries were cold, lots of burnt ones and 1/2 the normal portion. They had run out ranch and I guess we’re making any more, so none for my order and the other people waiting in the store. Very disappointing.

  They accepted my online order and when I showed up for takeout the store was closed. The order still processed like it was ready for pickup, and when an employee came to the locked door they said they had no way to refund it in the store, and there appears to be no way to cancel it online.

  So ngl, I kinda love Wingstop, used to have it all the time in Alaska. Told them extra wet, like EXTRA wet and they do it for me. I loved it... Now I told them "Extra wet" and yet my boneless chicken still had dry spots on it... like I said EXTRA wet... Sauce it plz. Won't be going here again sadly... Can't listen to orders let alone know how to sauce things. SAUCE IT next time.

  Frankly, the whole chain is going downhill. Food quality is inconsistent. I’ve provided valuable feedback and haven’t had the courtesy of a response. On top of that, the app is very glitchy for placing orders. Taken aback at this visit when we spent over $100 on food and they would not give us cups for water. No surprise given what appears to be low standards for food quality and customer service. Don’t know how they will stay in business that they don’t clean up their act.
