  I walked into the store with a simple plan: print a document, slip it into my package, and send it off. Easy enough. I told the girl at the counter that I needed a document printed and emailed it over like she asked. While she started taping up my box, I clearly mentioned that I needed that document printed and added inside. No response. As she kept working, I said it again. Still nothing. By the third time while she was literally finishing up taping the box I repeated myself, thinking maybe it just hadn’t registered. Next thing I know, she prints and sticks on the shipping label, and says, “You’re all set.” I asked, “Did you print the document I sent?” She looked at me and said, “What document? I printed the shipping label.” At that point, I was genuinely confused. I explained again that I needed the document printed and put inside the box. Her response? “But your box is already taped up and ready to go.” Right… that’s the problem 😞 Thankfully, the guy cleaning nearby noticed what was going on and stepped in. I explained everything, and he immediately took over, printed the document, opened the box, placed it inside, and repackaged it without making it a big deal. In the end, it all worked out, and I didn’t mind that they had to redo the work. But it really could’ve been avoided with one simple thing; listening. And if something isn’t clear, just ask.

  The staff are always friendly and helpful there. My packages are usually better tracked and better taken care of than other carriers.
