  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Huge shoutout to Mercy at the Alpine UPS Store. I walked in stressed as hell with two huge, awkward boxes containing a disassembled adult trike and prepaid labels, fully expecting the whole thing to be a pain in the ass. To make matters worse, the place was BUSY and there was a huge line forming behind me. That didn’t faze Mercy for even a second. She kept her cool and had this straight-up boss/owner energy — like, “I got this. Don’t you worry about a damn thing.” 😂 And she DID. She reinforced and taped up my ridiculous boxes, got my labels on, printed my tracking information, charged me absolutely nothing, and basically said, “We’re good. Bye.” I literally stood there like, “Wait… we’re DONE?!” 😂 No nonsense. No wasted time. No panic about the line. No trying to sell me anything. She just knew exactly what needed to happen and handled that shit like an absolute professional while keeping everything moving. What had been stressing me out all day was completely taken care of in a matter of minutes. Mercy — absolute boss. You made my day about 1000% easier. Thank you.

  New ownership at this UPS Store took over a stalled shipping claim on a damaged clock and made it right — personal follow-up, direct communication, and resolved issues when it was under the prior owner. Rare level of care and accountability. Highly recommend.
