Super understaffed:( putting one person in charge of this location is not enough. The lady’s who helped me out today was great but way over worked.
Only 1 person working the whole store. And when I asked how I access Wi-Fi for the store they said it was for employees only. Who doesn't offer Wi-Fi for their customers? I didn't feel like I was welcome there.

Came here around 6PM (6/24) and there was one single older woman working alone, I just want to say that this woman was so sweet and communicative and did a wonderful job, she’s a hard worker and has a heart of gold, she said she was still new to the job but she did phenomenal, our sandwiches were delicious and made with love, I don’t care if this lady is brand new, she needs a raise, especially for working alone. 10/10 experience because of this wonderful woman!
Staff tries their best and it’s genuinely not their fault but the chronic understaffing makes it not worth going here.
Go to a jimmy John’s at lunch and there’s 5 + employees working. Go to a Jersey Mikes same thing. Go to this subway at lunch. 1 or 2 people max and I overheard them say they’re not hiring so it’s not for a lack of available help, just a greedy franchise owner.
Most expensive protein pocket in West Michigan. Only go here if you're okay with paying more for a protein pocket then a 6-in sub advertised at $3.99. They even cut the price out of their window sticker and stuck a printed piece of paper in there that says $4.99. I eat protein pockets everyday and I drive for a living so it's pretty easy to avoid one single Subway in West Michigan. Come to think of it I guess none of this surprises me... last time I was there my protein pocket was $3.99 but they had the screen on the credit card reader covered in tape so it didn't look like there was any way to say no tip. The only option was to force you to give a 20% tip. I knew better and made sure I figured out how to push the no-tip button. So I'm two out of two for bad experiences!
