  Terrible got the wrong order. It was ice cold when I got it and it had the wrong toppings. I got spicy Italian and it only had pepperoni 🤮.

  Really slow!!! Online orders are their last priority. Waited for 30 minutes after scheduled pickup time

  Accidentally placed my online order at the store but when I tried to called for canceling it just kept hanging up and I was unable to... Obviously my mistake but if you're going to run a business you would think that somebody would answer the phone! I had a family member pick up the sub so that at least I'm not out the money, but when they did there was just a bunch of younger workers blaring music so loudly that no wonder they couldn't answer the phone! 🫤

  Stopped here during my lunch break. Super busy. There were about 4-5 ladies working. They were SLAMMED with a lunch rush and a bunch of door dash orders at the same time. They gave such amazing customer service and stayed positive and kind the whole time. They were even training a new employee too! The lady who made my sub did not rush and took the time to make it perfect! I don’t think this subway would be running without the baddies who were working today 💯
