    I will never come to this location again. It's close to Meijer where I was coming from. Should've went to the good Plainfield one. My footlong tuna was very scarce with the tuna. It was mainly all lettuce. Pay more & get less!

    Everytime I go to Subway I want a tuna sandwich but every time it looks like it's been sitting for days. Does the food industry tell their employees to have food looking fresh EVERY day? Stir the tuna, add more tuna to keep people wanting it. Then one 6inch cost 9 damn dollars.

    They got my order wrong and made the sandwich mostly of lettuce. The service was not the best and the workers were arguing with each other while we were trying to eat

    I have had multiple online orders lacking accuracy. Ordered chips with the subs, but received none. This is the 2nd or 3rd time this has happened. If they are out of a particular chips, include the other common ones, or at least leave a written apology in the package that they are out and arrange for a refund for the chips… but nothing.. customer is left wondering… One other time I selected “toasted” bread for online order via the app, but delivered un-toasted.. The online order experience is quite disappointing. I hope they put more care with the online orders!
