  I am writing this complaint warning costumer beware. I send a package out by the u-haul package service who partner with the FedEx delivery service who delivered a package in kenwood Michigan 49548. I experience a highly distressful situation. I was misinformed about how my package would be delivered to a apartment complex. The young man misinform me when I purchased the shipping for the package to be deliver. Before purchasing a shipping label for the package, I explicitly asked him how the package would be handled if the destination was an apartment complex. He confidently assured me that the package would be delivered directly to the recipient apartment door and told me there was nothing to worry about based entirely on his verbal assurance, I proceed with the transaction. Unfortunately this information was completely false. The FedEx carrier did not bring the package to the apartment door, instead it was left unattended in a public apartment on the floor in front of mailbox area, the package was large in left where people could have dangerously tripp over the package. where it was subsequently stolen. When I file a complaint with FedEx about the failure of the driver to deliver my package according to FedEx delivery policies they deny to cover the stolen package. If this was the case, I wish I was better inform before they took my money for the Fedex delivery.

  Decent printing quality with speedy turnaround time! Customer service is not great. I don't know if this is a very unpleasant place to work or what, but every time I go in there the employees seem very annoyed and barely acknowledges my existence.
