  Korban is fantastic! He is efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. He assisted us with switching my mom and I's service from AT&T to add us to my dad's plan. He explained the process, the plan rate with three phones being that my dad is a legacy Cricket customer, and answered any and all questions with ease. Korban is very personable too, I would definitely go back to him if I needed help with anything!

  We stopped in to add mine and my daughter's phone to my husband's account. I just ordered an iPhone from Apple and my daughter was going to buy a new phone from somewhere else. Korban helped us navigate the whole process. He was extremely patient and so very helpful. There were other customers who came in after us, but he explained to them that there would be a wait. His interaction with us never felt rushed. He was truly amazing!!

  What brought me in the door was the promise of a great price. Why I left happy was because of the excellent customer service and expert knowledge. My wife and I now have phones with Cricket and we are very satisfied. We always feel taken care of by the staff at this location and we recommend to our friends that they stop paying ridiculous prices for their wireless bill by switching to Cricket.
