  I had a very helpful and knowledgeable gentleman get me set up with a new phone today. He found exactly what I was looking for and transferred all my contacts and apps over by the time I walked out the door. I've had Cricket for a least 10 years now and have not had any issues. I'm sorry I didnt get the guy's name, but he provided A-1 service!

  If your advertised hours are 10am-8pm, the. You should be open at 10am. Came here on a Friday just after 10, doors locked, lights off.....have been waiting 20 minutes and I haven’t seen a staff member. Poor customer service.
