  Apathetic…. When your staff cannot be bothered to make the wings. It’s Wingstop that should be the easiest part. When you get a notification (email) your wings are done, one would expect them to be ready when you arrive. They were not. 10 minutes later after watching same staff person socialize with incoming shift mate, neither making your wings. You have to remind them again your at Wingstop your job is to make the wings. 5 more minutes your food is ready? Well your fries are cold because you watched them sit there for 15 minutes getting cold because the staff forgot their job is to make the wings!

  Kel was very thoughtful and respectful. He was working alone, but able to take orders, and make them. While giving me “sit down restaurant” service. He suggested that I signed up for the membership program, and asked if it worked. This was my second time at a Wing Stop. The first time was in Muskegon, MI and was a horrible experience. Kel’s service and professionalism changed my mind about Wing Stop. It is now my favorite wings restaurant. He also made the drive from Muskegon to Grand Haven worth the trip.

  Wings taste like rubber and despite 4-5 people working at the time of visiting... it took them 40 mins to cook up an order of 6 wings and fries. Only one employee was doing all the work while others were standing around chatting.

  Nicest worker in the world!! Best wings in the universe. Never eating b dubs again after this.

  ANDREA held it down tonight!!! She was the only person in the shop and had countless orders/walk ins. She delivered some of the best wings I’ve had from wing stop and held her composure when most people would have walked out. You guys got a good one!
