  I prefer to do all my shipping through our Grand Haven UPS Store. They are very convenient, everyone is nice and friendly. All my shipping has been delivered on time and sometimes even on the day before the given delivery date. They are number one for my shipping needs.

  SO RUDE! SO UNHELPFUL! I needed to know their email address to send them a document. A young guy and an old lady told me to use the QR code, which had the email address. It didn’t work on my phone. They ignored me completely. Then, when I asked for help, the woman looked at me and said, “we are talking right now. Please wait.” They weren’t talking business. Who makes their customers go through a QR code to get their email address? And then? They didn’t even know it to give it to me after I tried several times. BAD!

  My first bad experience at this store. I hope it is a one off. Normally I walk in with my Amazon package and the kind young man helps prepare the return for me, no questions. This time with multiple packages to go back, the different young man and woman sitting eating couldn’t be bothered. They wanted me to have the package ready to go, or they would charge me. I’m used to the charge because I don’t prepare the return at home. That’s what I use the service for. It was very much an impossible exchange and the young man couldn’t be bothered. It’s all how you present yourself, and this clerk did not want to help.

  Great place to go for any shipping needs! Bri is super helpful and the entire place is well organized and spotless!
