  The older lady who works here is quite possibly the rudest person I have ever met. I brought in some tarps for an Amazon return. Amazon told me that I don’t have to have a box. The lady at the front counter refused to help me since I didn’t have boxes even though Amazon said I don’t need them. She was condescending and rude and wouldn’t help me. She helped the next person in line and was equally just as rude to him about shipping a package. She continuinely rolled her eyes at me and the other people she helped. I had to wait 40 minutes to be helped. This place is AWFUL! I’m not using this place anymore. This lady needs a new job or to learn how to be polite. Rudest person I’ve met in years. I’ll be letting everyone know to not use this UPS store. Update I took my packages that weren’t in a shipping box to a better location, still UPS, and they took my packages no problem. I’m so pissed off. This lady is the absolute worse!!! I even apologized ahead of time that had I had multiple returns and she still greeted everyone with the worse attitude. A young guy came in and he was a much better and nicer employee who also helped me with no problem with the other returns I did there. This lady has no people skills. Get rid of her. Seriously. You are going to lose business with her.
