  Unbelievable. I can’t believe this location is still open. I worked at biggby next door two years ago and they always had their doordash/online order notification sound going off the ENTIRE shift, as in they never received or confirmed the order. I come in today because my husband is in the ER and they have 4-5 girls that ran to the back when they saw us coming and then we waited for about 3 minutes before one came out and said she would be right with us. 3 girls come out, one has her phone in her hand and on the make line with no gloves, the other 2 we’re grabbing their phones so they could go back to the back. The girl that was taking our order had her hair barely up (strands falling out everywhere and no hate) and asked us repeatingly what we were getting after we just told her. Why are you guys open if you truly don’t care? Also why have those girls working when they CLEARLY are milking this job and stealing ur money

  The bread was almost half the size it normally is. The girl that waited on me said it probably wasn’t proofed right. It also tasted like it wasn’t baked right. It shouldn’t have been used!
