  The worker was very rude and had a attitude it ruined my appetite she was acting upset I didn't appreciate being treated like that I don't think I will be eating there for awhile very unprofessional!!!!!! She was wearing glasses just so u know who

  The two guys working in there today were absolute gentlemen. They made light conversation while making our subs, were funny and very personable. Thank you for making our trip here extra special!

  Ordered on line with a drink. Got to store, order was ready with an empty cup to fill my drink with. The drink machine had no ice and the soda was warm. I asked an attendant where the ice was and was told it was broken and a new one was on order. She stated that 5hey should probably remove the drinks from the on line orders. I asked for a refund but was told I could not get one with an on line order so I suggested a cookie as part of a refund which she did give me. She apologized and was friendly. My question is: why isn’t the Manager handling this issue and making customers aware of their situation. I was disappointed but not mad, just thought that the Manager is not doing their job well.

  Stood at the counter 5 minutes. Two people working, and I wasn't even greeted when I walked in. One employee was taking cookies out of the oven. Nothing said . I left.
