  I was told I couldn't customize a protein pocket the say after Labor Day. I only had said no tomatoes. She stated Im not allowed to customize it. I needed to due to an allergy. On the website you can place an order for pickup,& it definitely allows you to omit items or add items to the pocket. Id even wanted to add mayo& was told no you cant add or take off anything. You can totally customize it anywhere else. So I said forget it & walked out with my spouse at 1135am. Ill eat elsewhere. Youre not going to tell me I how to eat. Especially if theres allergies involved. We were going to order a few subs to go, but not after the gal working was constantly cutting me off to tell me no each time I spoke. Go to another location if you want a worker who is willing to work.

  Horrible!! Quality has gone way down hill. Bread was so rubbery that I ended up pulling the items out and eating them and tossed the bread. No flavor whatsoever. I will not get subs from them again. Jersey Mike's is the best and that is where my loyalty will stay. Just thought I would try subway ..nope..never again!!

  New employees and understaffed. They did their best during lunch rush with a guy who seemed to be within his first week of training. I would make sure I was watching my sub be made I probably wouldn’t recommend ordering online
