  Went in to upgrade my phone. I been a customer with cricket for years and I received such poor customer service in the Gaylord store today. Super pushy, wouldn't listen to anything I was saying about what I liked or didn't like. The man wouldn't stop talking about what phone he uses. And the lady from the back kept chimming in about what I NEEDED to buy... They bundled up a whole package together without even asking me if it was anything I like. They bundled up his phone brand that I was not even looking at! I tried explaining none of this is what I wanted nor was looking for and the lady was rude to me. I said that's it let's just go. We started walking out and they told me they didn't want me as a customer anyways and started talking shit while we were leaving. I came in to buy a phone... But now I maybe switching services because I want someone who will respect me as a customer and wants to know what I like in a phone and help me find a phone that's right for my lifestyle.
