The shop says 24/7 and was open and lit up. The only worker was outside sitting with a man and talking. She told me they were closed but it was clearly because she kept wanting to talk with the man. Very disappointed. Went to McDonalds instead.
Ended up ordering to not end up getting my food twice, wasted my money twice and had to wait on refund when was very hungry at night, so to be fair, it was night shift. But it still messed me up, terrible service Subway in Galesburg, Michigan, I should’ve just hit McDonald’s.

There were two workers at 330 am when I visited. The amount of issues I encountered was unbelievable. I walk in, waiting to order. No one directs me to where the line is or anything, only one person was buying a bag of chips at the time. A lady follows me in, immediately steps in front of me and flags down someone to start ordering. I say excuse me but then say go ahead, obviously she needs the food desperately. Ive been completely unable to use the app as when I click order it just errors, so thats why im even trying to order. The man immediately says no I cant help you with the app. Okay then. Thanks. I wait for the lady to finish making the girls order. I stand off to the side. The guy I talked to starts making an online order instead of asking for what I wanted, and its huge. I walk out of the store in disgust. Never have I ever been treated like that in any store.
Friendly staff. Fast and easy to get in and grab a quick meal. I love the veggies and lots of them on my sandwich.
Went to look on Google for hours. Was happy to see open 24 hours. Came to the Galesburg location. Open sign was lit. Doors locked. No sign on door saying to press a buzzer. So left to go across the street to McDonald's.
