As my husband and I were traveling up to Hersey Michigan, we ended up with a broken serpentine belt. We were nervous as where we were in a city we had never been in before. Dylan was an amazing help not only did he give us a diagram to help us with a serpentine belt. He also let us use his tools and offered to help us after hours if needed. Dylan went above and beyond to make sure that my husband and I were on our way. We ended up having an amazing weekend and just talked about how great and how blessed we are for Dylan to help us. He’s an outstanding kid and I hope his pay reflects his amazing work ethic

Ordered my tractor battery online. It was ready for me when I came in. Very reasonable price. Staff person was pleasant and courteous. The store was large, well lit, and had wide aisles. Great experience!

Bought a battery in jenison michigan a month ago. Went to advance auto in fremont where both Dustin and Jeramiah took really good care of me by testing my new battery discovered it was faulty and replaced the battery. I will definitely be going back to them for all my car car needs.
