  Can I give ZERO?? Ordered a patio set and 4 boxes with 8 chairs arrived and the table is missing in action when we should have had it today (4th of July). I've dealt with them for years and they are completely incompetent. There's no one to call and they are claiming (through the AI garbage) that they took a picture of the delivery. They did...OF THE FOUR BOXES OF CHAIRS!! No table!! I'll be driving directly to this office on Monday and raising holy hell. I've had it with their unprofessionalism and incompetence.

  Always late... ALWAYS. Customer service is no help. Wish companies would stop using them never have issues with others getting my stuff here on time and not damaged.

  Ordered something on april 3rd. They “attempted” delivery 3 times. Every time I was home and all they did was get out of their vehicle and put the sticker on the door. No knock, no ring, absolutely nothing. April 10th it was “returned” to shipper. It’s now May 14th and status still says returning to shipper. I’ve called fedex and the guy told me there’s no update and nothing he can do. I’m at a loss for words. Lost money and my time dealing with this awful company.
