  This is the worst subway that I’ve ever been to. I ordered off of the app and picked up a bag of disappointment. My husband had to remove the few toppings that they put ( even though he ordered extra toppings) to be able to see the few shreds of steak that they put on a foot long sub. My sub was bland and missing toppings as well. Not toasted like we asked , toppings were not fresh at all and mine even came with a black stem of some sort in the sandwich. Never again

  Woman who barely speaks English telling customers they can not customize their orders. Also most expensive subway I’ve ever seen. Also sorry and smelly. Do NOT eat here!!!!

  This pertains to Utica Rd. location in Fraser, MI. This Subway is a complete ripoff. We haven't been there in years. The rude young woman acted annoyed from our arrival 30 minutes before the closing time of 10 pm. It was unplanned so coupons were at home. From 20-15 mins. before closing I struggled with the Subway app for a coupon in price shock from the $30 total for a 6" inch combo & one 12" sub. $30 for 2 people to eat not even sit down is a joke. At 9:45 pm the irrate young woman literally yelled at me that I was wasting HER time and that she had work to do before she left. Her paid job is waiting on customers, am I wrong? She should be fired but the manager said nothing. I told her no tip for her rudeness and that the ridiculous price already included it. We were there because Jersey Mike's was closed and now I'm reminded why we stopped going to Subway and go to Jersey Mike's. The 12-inch club sub she made had bacon only on half. Neverrrr Again.👎
