  People are generally pleasant and try to help you as quickly as possible. Don’t expect to get any assistance with notary, though the staff become instantly rude if you don’t have an appointment, even if there’s no one in the store.

  I usually don’t make reviews but after going to another UPS store about 15 minutes away I can confidently say the Frankenmuth location is by far the best. Always super clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Especially Ricky he is quick and gets me in and out every time. John is also super helpful, including the rest of the team!

  We have the Best UPS Store in area! Great local owners that support our community and such a friendly staff and very helpful. When I visit other UPS stores they are unkept and not super friendly. I will say this….. why do Amazon return customers treat the employees poorly on their own return? I have seen all employees try and assist the customer and the customers were rude, disrespectful and curse even because they didn’t read the easy Amazon return instructions. You be seen this in the UPS stores and Staples in Saginaw too. Very SAD!! We are responsible not the UPS store employees to know this. We bought it from Amazon, not them. Treat people with more respect, you expect it and it goes far in all business's. I’ve seen it all over in our town and surrounding towns. It’s not right to treat employees poorly and disrespectful. Thank you all and you are all great there! I appreciate what you do every-time I’m in our Frankenmuth UPS Store. You are the BEST!!!
