I had such a great experience at Subway thanks to Liberty. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was just right. She was patient while I decided what I wanted, made helpful suggestions, and put together my order perfectly.
What really stood out was her positive attitude and attention to detail—it made the whole visit feel easy and enjoyable. It’s not every day you come across someone who clearly takes pride in their work and goes the extra mile for customers.

The woman that's usually there at noon seems to not want to be there. Customers will show up and she'll be in the back on her phone in full view, and then she'll see you and disappear into the back. I'm sick of it. So I won't be back.

You lost a customer this evening over extra mayo. Charge me extra for extra mayo? SMH!! You sold me a sub with basically no vegetables on it then want to charge extra me for heavy mayo. Jimmy John’s down the street doesn’t do that.
