  Whoever y'all hired into the mall store is quite the ignorant individual. Looming over someone who is window shopping and not saying anything is creepy. Staring them down until they leave is aggressive. And answering everything they say with "okay" instead of being an associate and suggesting something to purchase is just plain lazy. Do better. 😒
