My family of 4 walked in to order subs and apparently the girl behind the counter thought the 4 of us only wanted 3 6in subs. I ordered for me and our two kids and then he was going to order one for himself but she literally made all of our subs packed them all up wrote on all of them and then asked me if that would be all, when my fiance was still standing down at the beginning of the line waiting to be waited on. While we all wait now for his sub to be made, my kids asked for a water, I had said yes until I saw the price ($2.99, half of the price of a sub), so I told my kids to put them back. We pay. We walk out. We sit in our truck and eat really quick and go for a walk for over an hour behind the place on the trails. Get back, leave, get almost home and decide why not look at the receipt she almost didn't give us which was suspicious. She charged us for the bottles of water that were not on the counter, but back in the cooler. From the moment we walked in it was by far the most awkward and unprofessional experience I've had in a subway in my entire life. And to top it all off, I drive a lifted truck, so driving back from Grand Blanc once I realized I was robbed of my money wasn't even realistic. Now I'm out 6 dollars, or out $20 just to go back and get my $6. I will be calling Monday to speak with a real manager since apparently there's not one in the building at all times.
P.s. got TWO bottles of water for $0.98 at the grocery store right next to this subway. Bechues I believe is what it was called. Absolutely clean and wonderful environment in the grocery store tho!
