  I had an outstanding experience with Kenny at Advance Auto Parts. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle, explain everything in clear, easy to understand terms, and answer every question without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Instead of simply recommending products, Kenny walked me through my engine, showed me how to check my oil, explained what each fluid and filter does, and helped me understand the maintenance my Bronco actually needs now versus what can wait. His honesty, patience, and knowledge were truly refreshing. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about customer service and takes the time to educate you, ask for Kenny. He’s an incredible asset to Advance Auto Parts, and I’ll definitely be back because of the experience he provided.

  Produced my email receipt and exchanged battery for a new replacement even exchange after they determined original had no charge. Overall service was good and they handled the situation efficiently and effectively.

  Well two years ago I wrote a good review for this location but I have deleted it so I can voice my new opinion. There has been what seems is a big turnover of staff. They may be trying but it’s just not the same. My biggest reason for this review is to tell everyone there is a product/brand to stay away from. I purchased a PT Performance Tool grease gun. Tried it out and the grease coupling does not work as advertised. I had to pry the coupling off with screwdrivers and pliers. Thought I could get a refund but the one year warranty only covers giving you a replacement. Ok, did that. The manager said he had never had an issue with them. I’m wondering how many he has purchased. Got home with the new gun and the same problem with the coupling but not as bad. On top of that this gun will not pump the grease. I plan on returning this one after I dig all my grease out of it. Already lost a full cartridge with the first return. I will keep returning them until I get one that works or until they run out of this model and have to upgrade me to a grease gun that might work. Stay away from model number W54204
