  This is the second time we've ordered form this location. I put well done every time for the chicken and both times were barely cooked and little to no lemon pepper. Once was delivery and the second time was pick up. Like what y'all got going on up there? We are from the south where they know how to cook. Being up north has been so disappointing. The food is bland and the people are rude. Do better.

  Young lady at the register ran out of ones and proceeded to give me 2 dollars in quarters instead of asking a manager for change or getting change from another drawer. So many other options smh when I asked for ones she said she didnt have any. No ones in the whole store? Food was fine though not exceptional but not bad

  This is probably the worst place anyone could eat on Miller Road. They do NOT care about the food or the customers. The management is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. The food is nowhere near as good as grand Blanc Wingstop. It takes way longer than it should to Received your order and don’t even think about ordering from here through DoorDash or Uber eats because if they forget something that you spend your hard earned money on and you call them and you want to come pick it up the next day or get a refund don’t expect that to happen at all. I paid for something that They forgot to give me. And when I call, I get spoken to in the most disrespectful way. If I was the owner of this place, I would seriously look into getting rid of every employee in this place and replacing them with someone who actually cares about their job and wants to make this place better. Pathetic.

  Was in town for a track event and stopped into wingstop after. This was my first visit to wingstop ever. The food was fresh, I was greeted with a smile and everyone was having fun while working and it put me in a good mood myself wish we had a wingstop where I’m from. Hopefully soon

  Walked into wingstop having a bad day and the atmosphere and energy was just so warm and welcoming. They were in a middle of a rush and the manager on shift held it down. She (red hair lady didn’t get her name)was very pleasant, directing traffic and helping push those orders out so customers wouldn’t have a long wait. She even had time to ask me about my day and gave me a hug for good energy! I truly appreciated the smile I walked away with and the food was even better. My last visit was a few months ago and you can definitely tell the difference in the atmosphere.
