  Never have I ever had to pay for them to tape my box closed. They usually just tape my label over it which in turn seals the box. However, today Matthew decided to charge me for tape! Really, for one strip of tape. . . Seriously!

  Marissa (hope I spelled that correctly) I want to thank you for being so kind even when I was frustrated due to Nike telling me I could put two shipping labels on one box. The line was long and you guys moved so quickly and efficiently with smiles on your faces. Thank you. I pray that you are blessed with everything you need and want, you deserve it.   Really disappointed with my experience at The UPS Store. My package had a small flap open, and instead of simply helping secure it, they charged me $1 for a single piece of tape. It’s not about the amount of money it’s the fact that such a small act of customer service turned into an extra charge. When customers are already paying premium shipping prices, nickel-and-diming over a tiny piece of tape leaves a bad impression. Definitely not the level of service I expected.
