This was, unfortunately, the worst experience I've had at a Subway location.
I went out of my way to visit this restaurant, placed my order in person, and brought my meal to work. When I finally opened my sandwich and took a bite, I immediately noticed that something was wrong. Several toppings were missing, and the sandwich contained only two slices of turkey and three pieces of ham, which was far less than expected.
I called the store to speak with a manager regarding the issue. I was placed on hold, but I could still hear the conversation taking place in the background, which did not come across as professional. When I explained the problem, I was told that I would need to bring the sandwich and receipt back in order to have it remade. Unfortunately, I was never provided a receipt at the time of purchase.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience from both a food quality and customer service standpoint. As a first-time customer, this experience did not leave a positive impression, and I do not plan on returning. Based on my experience and the concerns reflected in other reviews, management may want to evaluate current operational and customer service practices.

Service was phenomenal and quick, everything was made perfectly and the cashier Haley was super friendly and fast and made the experience much more enjoyable. 10/10 will return.

Tried to order online but soups are not available. So then I called to place an order, as my coworker is going there to get her meal, and i was told "Absolutely not. I have to place my order online". We'll how can I place online if you don't offer everything that is available online (yes they have soup, i asked)? 🤔 Guess I'll go to Jersey Mike's, at least they will take my order.
Location used to be good but now its not the typical good quality Subway they claim to be. Subs will come squished or smashed. Staff doesn't care about anything so Rude, short with comments and just doesn't want your business.

Made an online order for pick up, went to go and get it but they said they didn’t have it. My fiancé went inside to show the confirmation and the worker stated the order had been picked up… if it did, it wasn’t by me! So then the worker continues to accuse my fiancé of stealing?? Absolutely insane. No apology for having to wait 30 minutes for our order because they gave it to the wrong person, just “I’ll make sure to let my manager know we’ll be two sandwiches short”.
I would never recommend making an online order for pick up here. I will not be coming back.
