I generally have a good experience when I’m able to go in, but the last two times I’ve tried to walk in the door was locked and it was only 7:30 and 7:50 respectively. A bummer that people who choose, or have to, walk or ride a bike won’t be served unless they try going through the drive thru. Please consider advertising walk-in hours and drive thru hours to avoid the frustration.

The manager at this store may be the most rude person i’ve ever met. I placed my order online and walked to this store on my lunch break. When I get there I check in at the register and step aside to wait, they are busy, I get it. They finish the orders they were working on then start working on another persons order who walked in well after me and ordered at the counter. Ok, mistakes happen, So I waited patiently again. Then another person walked in and she starts on their order. So I step up to the counter and politely state that i placed my order online some time ago and had been waiting for a while now. Instead of attempting to explain or apologize she immediately gets and attitude and says “well you can see we’re busy” and proceeds to continue with other orders that came in well after mine. When I pointed this out she accused me of lying and having not been waiting in the store. At this point if you’re going to get an attitude and accuse me of lying yes you’re about to get a return on your investment. After a few words back and forth I had the other worker cancel my order and asked for the managers name only to find out the rude individual with zero customer skills IS the manager. With leadership like this it’s not shocking to see so many one star reviews. As someone who worked in customer service for 15 years, this manager should not be allowed to work with anything customer facing until she learns better people and organizational skills. Had she been a better leader maybe her employee would have started out by letting me know they were out of the bread I requested and I would have either known and waited or requested different bread. If leadership also had a better handle on food prep, they may have not ran out in the first place. Either way the manager is the rudest person i’ve ever met. I hope she has the day she deserves.

Location sucks ~ terrible service time, terrible food prep/presentation, cant follow order notes when online ordering or even when you order in person. This one is right next to my house but I always go yo a different one for better service and better tasting food.

I waited over 10 minutes at the drive thru and was told to wait. They never responded with a reason why I’m sitting there. No one in line in front or behind me. Very angry. It’s 5pm, not a lunch rush.
