  Shipping a package to Florida. When asked what was in the package, I couldn’t remember one item. The male clerk demanded that the package be opened. When he saw perfume with “denatured alcohol” he said it couldn’t be shipped. Needless to say I was shocked. Took it to USPS no problem. I will NEVER go to this store again. NEVER. Bad customer service. Uneducated clerk. I only wish I would have gotten his name. 😡

  Always super friendly associates, very thorough and helpful! Even when the line is out the door they move quickly and stay kind and professional!

  Important overnight UPS package arrived 3 days late. Origin of the problem was at the Fenton UPS store, where the package was not picked up on time. No reimbursement from the UPS store and at some point, there was an address correction that was not solicited. No one seems to know when and why this occurred.
