  Not open Sunday's even though the door lists hours as open Sunday, Fedex.com lists the location open and of course Google Maps. Don't have packages held for pickup and expect to get them on Sunday.

  I've used this location several times before deciding to create this post. Each experience was similar. No acknowledgement from the one person working at the register. Extremely long waits before service was provided. An exhausted and defeated tone used. Me leaving baffled on why a person who is clearly not a customer service oriented person has decided to work in a field where they are required to provide customer service.

  Their manager is very unprofessional. She was upset why I'm waiting in line to scan a drop off package. I asked a store associate if I can have the actual weight on the receipt and she asked me to head to the counters. The manager refused to process it at the counter. After checking online, I returned to the manager and showed her how online says that the weight should be on the receipt. She took me to a station without a scale connected and refused to use a station with a scale. The void receipt she gave me says Manually weighed.
