  I stopped in for some basic auto needs (car freshener and windshield wiper fluid) and was helped by Tomika. She greeted me as soon as I walked in and went above & beyond to help me with pretty basic needs. She offered to test my battery charge for free and even checked to see if my wiper blades needed replacement (they were good at this time, BUT I appreciate that she did not try to sell me on something I did not need)! Great customer service, and even though this store is a little out of my way, I will be returning here when I need new wipers to see Tomika again!

  Had back to back bad experiences, let it go first time but this time i felt like sharing. 1st incident- Wiper blades: As the installation was free upon purchase i asked them to install it. they didnt say no, But they had me waited for 15-20 mins while there was no rush in counter. finally i gave up and did it myself. 2nd incident: Recently i went there to test my alternator and battery, they told me their machine's not working and suggested me to go to O'Rally, i smiled and left.
