  Waited in the drive thru for 20 mins for a pick up order get up to the window and they gave my order to the car in front of me, get home and the nachos are cold soggy and disgusting 🤢. Waste of money will never eat here again. Do not recommend.

  Usually I’m not one to complain, but this experience was honestly ridiculous. I had a pretty good feeling my sandwiches weren’t going to be anything special when the employee asked if I wanted a different bag because, in his own words, “I was too lazy to change the bag.” I was honestly more shocked that he openly admitted that to a customer. Unfortunately, the rest of the order wasn’t much better. When I got home, my sandwich had several things on it that I specifically did not ask for, my child’s meal was missing both the drink and applesauce that were supposed to come with it, and my partner’s sandwich had barely any meat on it. Mistakes happen, but this was a pretty disappointing experience from start to finish. I’ll probably be going to a different location next time I’m craving a sandwich.

  Don’t do a pickup order here- they’ll give you the wrong subs. You’ll have to call them 100 times before they pick up and when they do they will be rude!

  i love coming here it’s my all time favorites!! i really recommend stopping to this subway if you are in bay city traveling or essexville
